I love all the Fashion week trends! Long, big, chunky, multiples…great stuff! I have a question for my Jewelry coach…What size earrings do you suggest with a big & chunky necklace? Small and understated or match with big & chunky?
Hi Lauren! Great question! I would definitely go with an understated earring. My reasoning is this – you want your necklace to make a strong statement AND you want to draw peoples’ eyes to your face. Too many strong pieces near your face can be confusing to the eye. People will only see the jewelry and not your gorgeous eyes.
On the flip side, you don’t want to skip the earrings, rather wear a small pair for balance. The necklace will capture them and you’ll draw their gaze up gently to meet your eyes.
If you still need to up the bling factor go for an armful of bracelets.
